DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Packages are expected to arrive within 1-2 business days with FedEx Expedited and 2-7 business days with FedEx Standard shipping. 
Delivery estimates may be impacted by carrier delays during periods of high volume. Expect extended transit times for orders to U.S. Territory and PO/APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Most orders will ship the same or the next day. Orders placed on the weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day.

If a delivery has been shown as delivered and you have not received it to your home, you have 3 business days to contact CustomerCare@proudly.com for a replacement order. You may be asked to contact the delivery service for support depending on the situation

UNDELIVERABLE FEE 
If multiple items are either refused or undeliverable due to mistaken address entry and returned to PROUDLY, then we reserve the right to charge you a $15 per shipment undeliverable fee. The undeliverable fee will be charged to the payment form you selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund.

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to all 50 States via the FedEx network. PO Box, U.S. Territories, and Military APO/FPO/DPO address ship via USPS after FedEx SmartPost hand-off.

SHIPPING METHODS
FEDEX STANDARD
Standard shipping to all 50 states is offered via FedEx Smartpost. 
FEDEX EXPEDITED 
Expedited shipping to all 50 states is offered via FedEx 2-Day. Shipping costs will be messaged during checkout. Orders containing flammable products are not eligible for expedited shipping. Expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, or U.S. Territories.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time of order. To track your order, sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager to receive notifications or email our Customer Service Team at CustomerCare@proudly.com.

RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days to return your item(s) if you are not fully satisfied or items are damaged upon delivery. Subscriptions excluded. We encourage customers to please try individual products or Bum Care Trial Bundle before subscribing.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team at CustomerCare@proudly.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting authorization for a return will not be accepted.

PROUDLY will refund the price of the product and any applicable taxes paid. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment, less the cost of return shipping.

Please allow 2 weeks to process your return. A credit will appear on your statement within 14 business days.
